The Base Rate (per night) includes 12 persons (adults or children under 12). The additional adults/children rates are per person per night. A gourmet breakfast is included daily as is your own pre-arrival concierge, a butler-managed staff, housekeeping as well as Maintenence and security on-site 24 hours a day. Maximum Villa Capacity is 24 adults + 3 Children under 12.

* Kids in the Loft: Our quaint guest cottage features an elegantly carved wood loft where kids can sleep on an air
mattress tended by our housekeeping staff. Kids love it up there as it feels like a secret hide‐out!. (Max 1‐2 kids)
* Kids Day‐Bed: Our Game Room Suite (The Ice Room) includes a day bed for 1 – 2 kids or adults under 6’ tall.
** All Holiday Stays require a 5 night minimum. XMAS and New Year’s require a 7 night’s stay.
** Four Night Wedding / Event Stays are possible but incur a required Event Fee even for groups under 30.

For a greater culinary variety to our guests, our concierge matches our clients with a particular chef to meet the special tastes and needs of each group.
Our breakfast chef begins every day for our guests with a delicious morning meal including our signature tropical champagne Mimosas! Both the breakfast chef service and food cost are FREE and included with your stay!

There is an event fee for large gatherings exceeding 30 persons. All events must be a part of a minimum villa stay.
We charge an event fee due to all the special event‐oriented spaces the villa possesses unlike any other venue in
Costa Rica. These include the villas double‐height and air‐conditioned ballroom, the large grand terrace and airconditioned
multi‐use room perched high above the trees as well as the roof‐top deck, perfect for both tented and
open‐sky ceremony’s, dinners and cocktail hours. Add to this the infrastructure of en OTIS elevator, three bars, two
sets of public restrooms on floor 1 and 4 an industrial kitchen for serving large parties and you have everything you
need for an event like no other!
Your Event Fee Includes: A roof tent over the villas 6th story roof deck (covered permanently between May 15th –
December 15th each year), access to our portable Epson projector, use of our integrated disco light system in the
ballroom as well as an additional villa helper for the duration of the event (this is not a wedding planner).
