Rates (2011 / 2012)

The Base Rate (per night) includes 12 persons, a gourmet breakfast daily and a butler-managed staff inc. houskeeping, maintenence and security. The additional adults/kids rates are per person per night.

Additional Beds: For groups over 20 persons, adults or kids in extra beds can be added for $35 per night per person.

Kids in the Loft: Our quaint guest cottage features an elegantly carved wood loft where children under 12 can sleep on mattresses tended by our maids-service staff. This is typically for over-flow situations but most kids love it up there as it feels like a secret hide-out! A fee of $35 per child per night will apply. (Max 2 persons)

Taxes and Hidden Fees: There are none beyond a $1000 fully refundable security deposit that we require from all guests.

Chef and Meal Services

For a greater culinary variety to our guests, our concierge matches our clients with a particular chef to meet the special tastes and needs of each group.

Our breakfast chef begins every day for our guests with a delicious morning meal including our signature tropical champagne Mimosas! Both the breakfast chef service and food cost are FREE and included with your stay!

The below rates are aproximate as chef rates vary.

* Food costs are not included and billed apart from chef fees.
* Food costs vary but may range between $15 - $20 /adult (fish, meat/chicken) $20-$25 /adult (shrimp and lobster) dishes.
* Highly acclaimed/celebrity chefs and be hired to cook at the villa for an additional fee to be determined separately.

Event Rate

There is an event fee for large gatherings exceeding 30 persons. All events must be a part of a minimum villa stay unless special arrangements are made. We charge an event fee due to all the special event-oriented spaces the villa possesses unlike any other venue in Costa Rica. These include the villas double-height ballroom, the large grand terrace and multi-use room perched high above the trees and the roof-top deck perfect for both tented and open-sky ceremony’s, dinners and receptions. Add to this the infrastructure of en OTIS elevator, three bars, two public restrooms on floor 1 and 4 an industrial kitchen for serving large parties and you have everything you need for an event like no other!
