Punto de Vista (“Point of View”) refers to the villa’s unique design as well as its commanding view of both the Manuel Antonio bay and the jungle canopy.

The ten-bedroom estate, located on a private 2 ½ acre rainforest reserve, is unlike any other luxury Costa Rica rental. Nestled into the tropical forest, the villa captures the essence of your own home by the sea with the event-sized social spaces, infrastructure and impeccable service of a small luxury boutique hotel.

The villa is perfect for a vacation gathering of friends and family as well as a destination wedding , yoga retreat, culinary getaway, corporate meeting or incentive group. The full-service, gated beach villa offers your group your own dedicated butler/concierge, twice-daily maid service, maintenance, 24-hour security and more. A daily chef prepared breakfast is also included and chefs can be arranged for exquisite lunches and dinners as desired.
