VILLA FLOOR PLANS

 

Floor Plans - Level 1 / Mezzanine

The Villa's First Floor (Ground Floor) consists of an exterior Entry Courtyard followed by a Reception Space with a large stand-up concierge desk/buffet table. Beyond is entry to the event-sized Living Room/Ball Room space with Bar and Pool Area and Terrace beyond. Also on this level the Elevator to all floors as well both a Men's and Women's Restroom.

KEY AREA MEASUREMENT: The Villa's Living Room / Ball Room space is 80m2 or 855sq.ft.

PLAN - LIVING ROOM CONFIGURATION

The spacious living room off of the pool area with it's own bar and mezzanine above is perfect for large groups to enjoy on a daily basis.

Floor Plans - Level 2

The Villa's Second Floor consists of three distinctive buotique-styled bedrooms (The Amber Room, Aqua Room and the Ice Room) as well the villa's spacious Game Room featuring a kitchentte bar, sleeper-sofa as well as a finely-crafted pool table made of hardwoods found only in Costa Rica.

The Villa's Third Floor consists entirely of four distinctive boutique-styled bedrooms (The Green Room, Purple Room, Red Room and the Yin/Yang Room).

The Villa's Fourth Floor offers commanding views of the Manuel Antonio Bay and features the villa's covered open-air Dining/Living Terrace with Bar. The villa Kitchen it comprised of both a main cooking area with professional appliances as well as a separate food preparation area. The Home Theatre and Electronic Gaming Room also doubles as an enclosed executive dining room or conference room with impossible views to the sea. The Master Bedroom is located on the other side of these social areas and the villas second set of both men's and women's Public Restrooms serves both this level as well as the Roof-Top Deck above.

The Villa's Roof Top Deck may be at the top of this impressive multi-story structure but is easily accessed within seconds from the ground floor on the villa's OTIS elevator. The view are beyond spectacular and it's not a stretch to say that arrival to the roof top deck is as close to flying as one can get with both feet on the ground!

This large, partially-covered terrace with it's own bar functions as well for small groups seeking a great tan and a cold tropical drink (prepared by your butler) as it does for large wedding parties who might use the expansive deck as a ceremony space, sit-down dining venue or for a reception over-the-sea and jungle below.

Capping of the Roof Deck is a one-of-a-kind jacuzzi offering a weightless-in-water experience as toucans, hawks and other birds of the rain forest fly only feet from your shaded, yet column-free, perch at the top of the world!
